WHAT IS THE ANAGEN PHASE IN HAIR?

To talk about the Anagen Phase of the hair we have to make a feedback of how our hair strands work. Anagen phase: This is the first and longest of the three phases, which is why it is the most important. It is a period of growth where the hair fiber develops from the root of the hair.
Catagen phase: This is the second phase and lasts about 4 weeks, where hair growth slows down.
Telogen Phase: This is the final phase of the hair’s life cycle.
